Find Exit Advisorsprovides a starting point for researching business brokers and M&A advisory firms. The directory is informational. It is not a ranking, referral service, marketplace, professional credential, or endorsement of any listed firm.

Results are displayed alphabetically by default. Inclusion, exclusion, or placement does not represent a judgment about the quality, suitability, independence, licensing, or performance of a firm.

Directory information is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, or transaction advice. Selling a business can involve significant legal and financial consequences. You are responsible for evaluating a firm, checking relevant registrations or credentials, understanding engagement terms and fees, and seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

Profiles are compiled from publicly available information and may become incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee that every field is accurate, current, or complete. A displayed review date shows when the profile was last checked; it is not a continuing verification or certification.

If you believe information is inaccurate, use the suggest an update form. We may request supporting information, review public sources, apply or decline a proposed change, or archive a profile.

Listed firms are independent from the directory unless a relationship is expressly stated. Contact with a firm, and any resulting engagement, is solely between you and that firm. External websites have their own content, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

You may use the site for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security or rate limits, submit false correction requests, use the directory to harass people, or reproduce the directory as a competing database without permission.

The directory design, original summaries, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Firm names, logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Listing a mark does not claim ownership or sponsorship.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for a decision made in reliance on directory information, an interaction with a listed firm, or an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the directory or these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
